1. KICKING THINGS OFF

Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll start by sending over a short questionnaire to gather the essentials - your business goals, brand vibe, and any ideas you already have. Next, you’ll get a handy content guide to help you pull together what we need: text, images, logos, service details, and more. (And don’t worry, we’re here if you need a hand with any of it.)

Questions along the way? No problem - we can hop on a call anytime to talk it through.


You’ll get:

  • A detailed questionnaire to complete at your own pace

  • Support with creating or refining your content (if needed)

  •  A call if you’d like to go over anything together (or just want to say hello!)

2. BRINGING YOUR SITE TO LIFE

Now that we have everything we need, we’ll dive into building your website on Squarespace. Expect a clean, professional design that represents your brand, makes it easy for clients to get in touch, and feels amazing to share. We’ll send over a preview link for you to review and provide feedback, so we can make sure it’s exactly what you want.


You’ll get:

  •  3 homepage concepts to choose from (to lock in colours, font, and layout direction)

  • 1 - 3 rounds of revisions (depending on your package)

  • Expert advice on layout, visuals, and wording along the way

3. GOING LIVE

Once everything looks perfect, we’ll handle the final touches and launch your site. We’ll connect your domain, set up email if needed, and check that everything runs smoothly. Plus, we’ll show you how to easily update your site yourself - no subscriptions, hidden fees, or lock-ins.
